The real estate agency was created in 1928 by Mr. Jean DACIER at the 55 rue Gambetta address in Cherbourg.
The main activity of the agency then was the sale of buildings and commercial businesses.

In 1945, Mr. Robert LE FRANC replaced Jean DACIER and the company became LE FRANC Agency.

From then on, LE FRANC Agency expanded and opened offices at the 49 rue Gambetta and the 2 rue de l'Alma addresses.

In 1982, Mr. and Mrs. Bastard and Mr. Gohel founded the actual "BASTARD-GOHEL SA" company.
In 1998, an office is opened at the rue Gambetta in Equeurdreville address.
In 2001, an office is opened at the rue Roger Salengro address in Cherbourg-Octeville.
In 2004, an office is opened at the rue Albert Mahieu address in Cherbourg-Octeville.
In 2006, an office is opened at the rue de Paris address in Barneville-Carteret.
